Max Coller is the founder of Process Approach Limited, and a seasoned automotive specialist with over two decades of experience in engineering, quality management, and leadership roles at globally renowned organisations.
Having worked with industry leaders such as SMMT Industry Forum, Tata Technologies, Segula Technologies, Ford Motor Company, Delphi Technologies, and Rolls Royce, Max brings unmatched expertise to his consultancy practice.
Max leverages his extensive background to deliver tailored solutions in process improvement, compliance, and operational excellence. His recent roles include serving as Consultant at SMMT Industry Forum, and FMEA Manager at Tata Technologies. Max’s foundation in quality management and project management was heavily influenced by his time working as an engineer in automotive technical centres, focusing on automotive product development; notably with Delphi and Ford.
